3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
- Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the contract
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Nugo retains the right to:
- Use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during the project
- Display completed work in our portfolio for marketing purposes
- Retain ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nugo's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, client feedback cycles, and scope modifications. Delays caused by client unavailability or late feedback may extend project timelines.
9. Warranty and Support
We provide warranties and support as specified in individual service agreements. Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
