Responsibilities:

  2. Content creation and curation: Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop a content calendar and plan posts in advance to ensure consistent and timely delivery.

  3. Community management: Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and inquiries. Respond promptly to user interactions, address customer queries, and manage online reputation. Foster a positive brand image and build a strong online community.

  4. Social media advertising: Plan and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach the desired audience and maximize ROI. Utilize ad platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, to create and optimize ad campaigns based on performance metrics and audience insights.

  5. Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and native insights. Generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

  6. Influencer collaborations: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and drive engagement. Develop and nurture relationships with influencers for collaborations, content partnerships, and sponsored campaigns.

  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms. Explore new tools, features, and strategies to optimize social media efforts and stay ahead of the competition.

  8. Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns. Coordinate content requirements, creative assets, and messaging to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

  • Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills.

  • Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign management (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).

  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for social media is an advantage.
