  2. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations: Engage with prospective clients to deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Showcase the value and benefits of our offerings and address any objections or concerns raised by the clients.

  3. Relationship building and account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  4. Sales negotiations and closing deals: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets. Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. Track sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

  5. Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer requirements. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance our offerings and customer experience.

  6. Sales reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  7. Continuous learning and self-development: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry-specific knowledge to remain competitive and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably in a B2B sales environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales software.

  • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
